Good to know
- Retention risk is a staff-recorded concern about a possible move-out. It is not clinical risk.
- At-risk residents are included in Active residents.
- Follow-ups due counts dated plans that are due now.
- Move-outs archive linked profiles and release linked units when no current resident remains.
- Prospect history opens the linked prospect.
- Sales outcomes stay separate from the census.
If something goes wrong
If you see "This prospect already has a current census record", that prospect is already linked to a current resident.
