Find residents and change stages
Platform: ResiOnboarding · For: Sales, Executive Director, Department leads
Every resident has a stage that shows where they are in their journey: Pre-Move, Move-In Day, Settling In, Completed or On Hold.
Find a resident
- Choose Residents in the menu.
- Use the tabs to filter by stage.
- Type a name or unit in Search residents…
- On a computer, select a column heading such as Move-In or Readiness to sort.
Change one stage
- Select the stage on the resident's row, or on their page beside their name.
- Choose the new stage.
Change many at once
- On a computer, tick the box beside each resident.
- Select Move to stage.
- Choose the stage.
Good to know
- Stages can move forward on their own as checklist tasks are ticked and the move-in date arrives. They never move backward on their own, and On Hold stays put.
- If a stage moved forward too soon, you can set it back by hand.
- Each stage change is recorded on the resident's history.
- For a household, open the household page and each person's profile to change stages.
If something goes wrong
"No residents match your filters" means your search or tab is too narrow. Choose All and clear the search box.
