Read your dashboard
Platform: ResiOnboarding ยท For: Executive Director, Department leads, Sales, Regional Directors
The Dashboard gives you a live overview of one community. Start here each day.
- Choose Dashboard in the menu.
- If you have more than one community, pick the right one in the switcher at the top.
- Read the Needs your attention card first. Select a line to go straight to that work.
- Look at the Settling in card to see whether anyone has flagged a problem.
- Check the eight number tiles. Select a tile to open the matching page.
The number tiles
- Active Residents: residents who are not yet Completed.
- Move-ins This Month: residents with a move-in date this month.
- Pending Tasks and Overdue Tasks: open checklist work.
- Unread Messages: new messages from residents and families.
- Pending Surveys: surveys sent but not finished.
- At-Risk Residents: flagged survey responses that are not resolved.
- Resources Published: active items in Community Resources.
Lower on the page
- Onboarding Status shows how many residents are at each stage, plus Task completion.
- Upcoming Move-ins lists the next 14 days.
- Recent Activity lists the latest staff interactions.
- The card with your community name shows team size and pending invites. Manage Community opens the Communities page.
Good to know
- Dismissing a line in Needs your attention hides it for now. It comes back if the count grows.
- New communities see a Get started with your community card with shortcuts to Invite Team, Add Residents and Communications.
If something goes wrong
If you see "You don't belong to a community yet", your Regional Director or Executive Director needs to add you.
