Use the wellness roster
Platform: ResiConnect ยท For: Wellness, Executive Director
The Wellness dashboard shows social connections, attendance and service use over the last 90 days. It helps your team notice who may need a visit. It is not a clinical record.
- Select Wellness in the menu.
- Review the tiles, such as Residents with no connections, Open follow-ups and Out at hospital.
- In Resident wellness roster, least connected residents come first.
- Search by name or unit.
- Filter by engagement, such as At risk or Not scored yet.
- Filter by log status, such as Needs follow-up or Out at hospital.
- Select a row to expand it.
- Review Social connections, Recent events & services and Life profile.
- Select Open life profile to see more.
What the columns mean
- Engagement: the resident's current band and last activity.
- Connections: people they share events with or live with.
- Attendance: events attended out of those booked.
- Services: rides, dining and room bookings.
- Life profile: how many facts are saved.
Good to know
- Connections come from shared events and household ties, so they show only part of a resident's life.
- A notice appears if residents have no life profile facts yet.
- Follow your community's care procedures for any health concern.
If something goes wrong
If the page shows no residents, check the community picker and your filters. Choose Help & support at the bottom of the menu, or email support@resionboarding.com.
