Accept a family invitation
Platform: ResiOnboarding ยท For: Families
A community team member can invite you to follow a loved one's move-in. The link works for 7 days.
- Open the email and select the link.
- Check the page. It shows who you are helping, the community and your email.
- Choose a password. It needs at least 12 characters, with letters and numbers.
- Enter it again in Confirm Password.
- Select Create Account.
The portal opens with a note saying who you are helping.
If you already have an account
The page says Sign in to accept.
- Enter your password.
- Select Sign In and Accept.
Signing in later
Use the Resident Portal page. Enter your Email and Password, then select Sign In.
Good to know
- If you are marked as power of attorney, the page says "You can sign documents for them".
- If you help more than one person, you can switch between them at the top of the portal.
If something goes wrong
- The link has expired or does not work. Ask the community team to resend your invitation.
- "That password didn't work." Try again, or reset it from the sign-in page.
- "Family accounts aren't available here yet". Ask the community team directly for updates.
