After move-in, watch Resident Experience
Platform: ResiOnboarding ยท For: Executive Director, Department leads, Regional Directors
Once the move-in date arrives, the Readiness Score has done its job. The resident page then shows RESIDENT EXPERIENCE instead.
- Open the resident and select the Overview tab.
- Read the score and its label: NORMAL, MONITOR, ELEVATED ATTENTION or HIGH ATTENTION.
- Select Why this score? to see what affected it.
- Check Follow-up surveys for Day 5, Day 30 and Day 90.
- If a survey is due, select the send button shown, such as Send 5-Day survey. Confirm to send it.
What the page shows
- How many surveys are completed.
- Flagged responses and Overdue tasks.
- The last staff contact, or No staff contact logged.
Good to know
- The number comes from your own records, so log calls and visits. See "Log staff contact and review activity".
- The score does not replace speaking with the resident. Use it to decide who to see first.
- On the Residents list, a resident who has moved in shows this score in the Readiness column.
If something goes wrong
If the page still shows the Readiness Score after move-in, check the Move-in Date on the Profile tab.
