Read the Readiness Score
Platform: ResiOnboarding ยท For: Executive Director, Department leads, Sales, Regional Directors
The Readiness Score runs from 0 to 100. It answers one question: how likely is this move-in to go smoothly, based on the work done so far? It measures your team's preparation, not the resident.
- Choose Residents and find the Readiness column.
- Open a resident and select the Overview tab.
- Select Why this score? to see what lowered it.
- Select What does this mean? to open the full guide.
The four bands
- On track (90 to 100): no action needed. Spot-check before move-in.
- Monitor (75 to 89): mostly fine. Glance at what is still open.
- Needs attention (50 to 74): work is falling behind. Review open tasks and confirm owners.
- High attention (0 to 49): the move-in is at risk. Act today.
How it is worked out
Every resident starts at 100. Four things subtract:
- Incomplete tasks: up to 40 points, based on the share still open.
- Overdue tasks: 5 points each, up to 25.
- Move-in urgency: up to 20 points, only in the last 7 days with work still open.
- Overdue surveys: 5 points each, up to 10.
Improve a score
- Clear overdue items first. They cost the most per task.
- Confirm every open task has an owner and a due date.
- Remove tasks that do not apply to this resident.
Good to know
- A short checklist inflates the score. Check the task count too.
- A resident 60 days out is supposed to have open tasks. Read the score with the move-in date.
- Readiness Guide in the menu has a worked example.
If something goes wrong
"Scoring isn't available for this resident yet" means there is nothing to show right now. Try again later, then choose Help & support.
