Export your data
Platform: ResiOnboarding ยท For: Executive Director, Regional Directors, Owners
Leaders can export a copy of their organization's data.
- Open Settings and select the Data Export tab.
- Under Datasets, tick what you want: Residents, Onboarding tasks, Surveys + responses, Users and Activity notes.
- Choose a Format: JSON, CSV or Both.
- Select Generate export.
- In Recent exports, select Download when the status shows it is ready.
Good to know
- Exports may hold personal information. Store them safely and share them only with people who need them.
- If your subscription is winding down, your account is read-only. A banner offers Export data so you can export before access ends.
- After a subscription has ended, email support@resionboarding.com from an authorized admin address with your organization name to ask for a final export.
If something goes wrong
- "Forbidden". Your role cannot request exports. Ask your Executive Director.
- The export shows an error. Select the refresh icon, then try again. If it keeps failing, choose Help & support.
