Update your profile and password

Platform: ResiOnboarding · For: Executive Director, Department leads, Sales, Regional Directors, Owners, Residents, Families

Settings holds your personal details. Staff find it in the menu or by selecting their name. Residents and family find it in the portal menu.

Update your details

1. Open Settings.
2. Change your Full Name or Phone. Staff can also change Job Title and Department.
3. Select Save Changes.

Change your photo

1. Under Profile Picture, select Change photo.
2. Choose a JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF or HEIC file up to 5 MB.

Set your time zone

1. Under User Preferences, choose your Timezone.
2. Select Save Preferences.

Change your password

1. Under Change Password, enter your New Password. It needs at least 12 characters, with letters and numbers.
2. Enter it again in Confirm Password.
3. Select Update Password.

Residents and family: email choices

Under Email notifications, turn the choices you want on or off. Changes take effect immediately. Items marked Required are always sent.

Good to know

Your email cannot be changed here. Staff can ask their administrator or support. Residents can ask their community.

If something goes wrong

If your photo will not upload, check the file type and size, then try a smaller image.
