Follow up on flagged surveys
Platform: ResiOnboarding ยท For: Executive Director, Department leads, Regional Directors
When an answer meets a survey's alert trigger, the response is flagged. Your team decides what to do next.
- Choose Surveys and open the Results tab. The red number shows how many need follow-up.
- Find At-Risk Residents.
- Select Review to read the answers.
- Speak with the resident or family. Record it in the Contact log.
- Back on Results, select Resolve.
The resident moves to the resolved list.
Reopen an item
- Open the resolved list under At-Risk Residents.
- Select Reopen.
See one resident's answers
Open the resident, select the Surveys tab, and select a completed survey.
Good to know
- The At-Risk Residents tile on the Dashboard counts flagged responses that are not resolved.
- A flag points to an answer. It does not tell you why. Talk with the person.
- The Results tab shows how many surveys are finished at 5, 30 and 90 days.
- If an answer raises a care concern, follow your community's process.
If something goes wrong
"No completed surveys yet" means nobody has finished one in this community. Check Active Surveys.
