Invite your team
Platform: ResiOnboarding ยท For: Executive Director, Regional Directors, Owners
Staff join by invitation. Each person gets an email with a link.
- Choose Team in the menu.
- If you have more than one community, choose one.
- Select Invite Member.
- Enter the Email Address.
- Choose a Role.
- Choose a Department if it helps.
- Select Send Invitation.
The invitation expires in 7 days.
Track invitations
The Invitations list shows each person's status.
- Select the resend icon to send a new link with a new expiry date.
- Select the cancel icon to withdraw it.
Remove someone
- In Active Members, select the remove icon on the person's row.
- Type their name to confirm.
- Select Remove.
They lose access to this community immediately.
Good to know
- A person who already has an account is added when they next sign in.
- Staff members cannot remove directors or admins.
- See "Understand roles" for what each role can do.
If something goes wrong
- You do not see Invite Member. Your role cannot invite. Ask your Executive Director.
- "An invitation has already been sent to this email". Resend the existing one.
- "Your session has ended". Sign out, sign back in, and try again.
