Understand roles

Platform: ResiOnboarding · For: Executive Director, Regional Directors, Owners, Department leads

Your role decides what you can see and change. To see yours, open Settings. A card there shows your role, how many communities you have, and who you can invite.

The roles

• Owner (Admin): owns the organization, with every community and settings.
• Regional Director: every community in the organization.
• Executive Director: leads one community and can invite staff.
• Staff: works move-ins in one community.
• Read Only: can view one community but cannot change anything.

Who can do what

• Create communities: Regional Directors and Owners.
• Archive communities: Regional Directors and Owners.
• Edit community details: Regional Directors, Owners and Executive Directors.
• Invite an Executive Director: only a Regional Director can invite an Executive Director.
• Build survey templates and trainings: Executive Directors, Regional Directors and Owners.
• Request a data export: Executive Directors, Regional Directors and Owners.

Good to know

• Staff only see the communities they belong to.
• Department shows who does what. Roles control access.
• Your role is set by the invitation. You cannot change it in Settings.
