Use analytics

Platform: ResiOnboarding · For: Executive Director, Regional Directors, Owners

Analytics shows trends over time for move-ins, tasks, surveys and costs.

1. Choose Analytics in the menu.
2. Choose a date range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Year to date or Custom range.
3. Filter by community, department or status.
4. Read the charts, such as Move-ins over time, Tasks by status and Overdue tasks by department.

Save a view

1. Set your filters.
2. Open Saved views and choose Save current view…
3. Name it and select Save view.

Saved views stay in the browser where you made them.

Export

Select Export CSV to download the numbers.

Costs

1. Find the Cost section.
2. Filter by period, community, unit, resident or department.
3. Read Estimated, Actual, Variance and Avg per unit.
4. Select Export CSV for line items.

Good to know

• Costs are counted by each resident's move-in date.
• Tasks without an actual count as $0, so Actual and Variance may read low. The page tells you how many tasks have actuals.

If something goes wrong

"No costs recorded in this period" means no task in your filter has a cost. Try a wider range.
