Use the Regional view
Platform: ResiOnboarding ยท For: Regional Directors, Owners
The Regional page compares every community you belong to. It appears in the menu when you belong to two or more.
- Choose Regional in the menu.
- Read the tiles across the top: Facilities, Total Residents, Avg Readiness, Total Overdue and Open Survey Alerts.
- Filter by region, risk or survey status.
- Select a column heading to sort, such as Overdue.
- Check Facilities Needing Attention at the bottom.
What the table shows
- Region is the community's state.
- Readiness here is the share of checklist tasks completed for that community. It is not the same as a resident's Readiness Score.
- Risk comes from that percentage: High Risk under 50, Medium from 50 to 79, Low Risk at 80 or above.
- Open Checklist counts pending tasks.
- Survey Health shows open alerts, or All clear.
Good to know
- You see only the communities you belong to.
- To work in a community, use the switcher at the top of the page.
- Use the view to decide where to spend your time, then speak with the Executive Director.
If something goes wrong
If Regional is missing, you belong to fewer than two communities. Ask your administrator to add you.
