Book an event

Platform: ResiConnect · For: Residents

Book your seat at community events from the calendar.

1. Select Calendar in the menu.
2. Use the buttons at the top to show only what you like, such as Fitness or Games.
3. Select a day. Days with events show small dots.
4. Select an event to read the details.
5. Select Book My Spot.

You can also select Book here on an event on your Home page.

Add a bus ride

If a ride is offered, you see Bus Ride Available on the event. Select Reserve a Bus Ride.

See or cancel your bookings

1. Select My Bookings in the menu.
2. Use the Upcoming, Past and Canceled tabs.
3. To cancel, select Cancel, then Yes, cancel. Your spot is released so a neighbor can book it.

At the event

Show your QR code to staff. Select Show QR on your booking, or use My Check-In Pass on Home.

Good to know

• Only 3 left means seats are going fast. Event Full means no seats remain.
• Paid events show the cost. Your booking shows Payment pending until your community records it.
• If your community cancels an event, your booking is canceled too.
• You see events for your care level and the whole community.

If something goes wrong

If you see "Booking opens after your move-in," ask the front desk.
