ResiConnect is your place for events, rides, dining and news from your community.
Sign in
- Go to www.resionboarding.com/resiconnect/resident-portal.
- Enter your Email and Password. The page may say ResiOnboarding. That is expected.
- Select Sign In.
First time? Open the invitation email from your community and follow the link. No email? Select Sign Up and enter the code from your community under Community or Invitation Code.
Forgot your password? Select that link and follow the email.
Your Home page
- New announcements from your community appear at the top. Select Got it or Remind me later.
- My Check-In Pass is your QR code. Show it to staff at events and bus rides.
- Daily check-in earns points each day.
- Quick Actions take you to Book an Event, Reserve a Ride, Leave Feedback and Give a Shout-Out.
- My Upcoming Reservations lists your plans.
- Happening at your community shows upcoming events.
On a phone
Use the tabs at the bottom: Home, Calendar, Messages, Surveys and More.
Good to know
Not moved in yet? You can look around, but booking opens after your move-in. Ask the front desk if you'd like to join sooner.
If your community also uses Move-In, a switch at the top moves you between ResiConnect and Move-In.
If something goes wrong
Trouble with the website? Choose Help & support in the menu, or email support@resionboarding.com. For anything about your care or apartment, call your community. In an emergency, call 911 or use your emergency call system.
