Take a survey

1. Select Surveys in the menu, or Start the survey on Home.
2. On the Pending tab, select Start the survey.
3. Answer each question. Those marked Required need an answer.
4. Select Send my answers.

Rate an event or ride

After you check in, it appears under Feedback in the menu.

1. On the Pending tab, find the event or ride.
2. Select Give Feedback or Rate Ride.
3. Choose your stars. For events, Overall satisfaction is required.
4. Add any comments.
5. Select Submit feedback.

Rate a meal

1. Select Dining Feedback in the menu.
2. Choose Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
3. Enter the Dish or meal name.
4. Give your ratings. The questionnaire is optional.
5. Select the submit button.

Change your feedback

You can edit feedback for 24 hours. On the Submitted tab of Feedback, select Edit.

Good to know

• You can send up to 3 dining feedback entries a day.
• Event and dining feedback earn leaderboard points.
• Survey answers go to the community leadership team.
• A survey closes on its date. After that, it moves to Closed.

If something goes wrong

If an event isn't listed, you may not have been checked in. Ask the staff.
