Build a resident's life profile
Platform: ResiConnect ยท For: Activities, Wellness
A life profile holds a resident's story, such as career, hobbies, family and favorites.
Add facts yourself
- Open the resident and select the Life Profile tab.
- Select Capture a note.
- Type what you learned.
- Choose a category, write a short fact and select Add fact. Repeat for each fact.
Facts appear under Biographical profile. Use the remove button to take one out.
Read interview answers
Residents can answer from their portal. Family can answer from a link. Answers appear under Life story interviews.
- Select Read story to see the answers.
- Add the facts you want to keep with Capture a note.
Invite family
- Select Invite family to interview.
- Add Who is it for? (optional) and Relationship (optional).
- Select Create link & copy.
- Paste the link into a text or email.
Under Existing links, you can copy a link again or select Deactivate.
Good to know
- No account is needed for the family link. Anyone with the link can open it, so share it with care.
- Links expire for privacy. Make a new one if needed.
- The top of the tab shows how many areas are captured.
- Your whole team can see this profile.
If something goes wrong
If family say a link no longer works, create a fresh one. Choose Help & support at the bottom of the menu, or email support@resionboarding.com.
