Understand engagement scores and log outreach

Platform: ResiConnect · For: Activities, Executive Director, Wellness

Each resident has an engagement score from 0 to 100, based on the last 30 days of activity. Scores refresh nightly.

The bands are Thriving (70 to 100), Engaged (40 to 69), At Risk (20 to 39) and Disengaged (0 to 19). New residents may show Not scored yet.

Find who needs attention

Open Residents and use the At Risk and Disengaged tabs. Engagement in the menu shows 12-week trends for sign-ups, scores and outreach.

See why

1. Open the resident and the Engagement tab.
2. Read Why this score for each area.
3. Check Suggested next actions.

Log outreach

1. Select Log outreach, or Log this on a suggestion.
2. Choose a Type, add Notes, an Owner and Follow up by.
3. Select Log outreach.

It appears in Outreach history and on the Activity tab. Select Mark resolved when done.

Adjust a status

If the score misses context, such as a hospital stay:

1. Select Adjust status.
2. Choose a Status and Reason (required).
3. Set Expires after and select Apply override.

The computed score keeps running underneath, and the override expires by itself. Select Remove override to end it early.

Good to know

Scores count only what is recorded in ResiConnect. Use Activity to log calls, visits and family messages. Treat a score as a prompt to check in, not a judgment of the resident.

If something goes wrong

If there is no data yet, scores may not have run. Check again tomorrow. Choose Help & support at the bottom of the menu, or email support@resionboarding.com.
