Manage shout-outs, points and the leaderboard

Platform: ResiConnect · For: Executive Director, Activities

Residents send shout-outs to thank your team, and they earn points for taking part.

See shout-outs

1. Open Community and select Shout-Outs.
2. Pick a time range: This Week, This Month, Last 90 Days or All Time.
3. Filter by department or search a name.
4. Review the tiles, Team Hall of Fame, By Department and Recent Shout-Outs.
5. Select Export CSV to download them.

If a resident chose Send anonymously, you see Anonymous resident.

Show or hide the leaderboard

Community administrators can do this.

1. Open the Dashboard.
2. Find Top residents this month.
3. Turn Show leaderboard to residents on or off.

When it is off, each resident sees only their own points.

Good to know

• When it is on, neighbors see first name, last initial and points.
• Each resident can opt out in their Settings.
• Badges this month on the Dashboard shows badges earned.

If something goes wrong

"You don't have permission to change this." Only community administrators can change who sees the leaderboard. Choose Help & support at the bottom of the menu, or email support@resionboarding.com.
