This tour shows where everything lives in ResiConnect.
The menu
The menu is on the left. On a phone, use the tabs at the bottom. Select a group name to open it.
- Insights: Dashboard, Analytics, Resident Satisfaction, Executive Report
- Residents, Wellness and Engagement
- Operations: Events, Event Check-In, Ride Check-In, Transportation, Vendors
- Feedback: Event Feedback, Ride Feedback, Dining Feedback, Surveys
- Dining: Dining Reservations
- Hospitality: Staycation, Room Reservation
- Community: Communities, Communications, Announcements, Resources, Shout-Outs
- Workspace: Team, Settings
On a phone
The bottom tabs are Dashboard, Residents, Messages, Surveys and More. Everything else is under More. Messages opens the same page as Communications.
Choose a community
If you work at more than one community, a community picker appears at the top of the page. Every page shows the community you pick, and your choice carries across pages. If you have one community, you won't see the picker.
Use the bell
- Select the bell at the top of the page.
- Read Needs action first, then Updates.
- Select Mark all read or Clear all when you are done.
Numbers on the menu show new items for Residents, Communications and Surveys. Opening those pages clears the count of what you have seen.
Good to know
Communities, Team and Settings are shared with ResiOnboarding, so those pages open there.
If something goes wrong
If a page looks empty, check the community picker first. Choose Help & support at the bottom of the menu, or email support@resionboarding.com.
