Invite your team

Platform: ResiConnect · For: Executive Director, Regional leader

Team members share one sign-in across your organization's products.

1. Open Workspace in the menu and select Team.
2. Select Invite Member.
3. Enter the Email Address.
4. Choose a Role, such as Staff, Executive Director, Regional Director or Read Only.
5. Choose a Department, such as Activities, Dining or Wellness.
6. Select Send Invitation.

Your coworker gets an email to set up their account.

Good to know

• The roles you can pick depend on your own role.
• Some actions are for community administrators only. These include adding rooms, publishing resources and turning the resident leaderboard on or off.
• Changing survey questions is for an Owner, Regional Director or Executive Director.
• The Team page is shared with ResiOnboarding, so it opens there.

If something goes wrong

If the email doesn't arrive, ask your coworker to check spam, then confirm the address on the Team page. Choose Help & support at the bottom of the menu, or email support@resionboarding.com.
