Sign in to ResiConnect

ResiConnect uses the same sign-in as ResiOnboarding, so you need only one account.

Before you start

You need an account from your organization. See "Invite your team" if you don't have one yet.

1. Go to www.resionboarding.com/resiconnect/dashboard.
2. You are sent to the sign-in page. It may show the ResiOnboarding name. That is expected.
3. Enter your Email and Password.
4. Select Sign In.
5. If your account uses two-factor sign-in, type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and select Continue.
6. Your Dashboard opens.

To leave, select Sign Out at the bottom of the menu. On a phone, open More and select Sign out.

Good to know

• Bookmark the Dashboard address. Every ResiConnect page starts with www.resionboarding.com/resiconnect/.
• If your organization also has ResiOnboarding or ResiCRM, a product switch appears at the top of the menu. You don't need to sign in again to move between them.
• Residents sign in on their own page. See "Sign in and find your way around Home" in the Resident app section.

If something goes wrong

• Forgot your password? Select that link, enter your email and select Send Reset Link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
• "ResiConnect isn't turned on for your organization." Your account is fine, but your organization doesn't have ResiConnect. Ask your account owner to reach out to the team.
• "You don't have access to any community yet." Ask your administrator to add you to a community.
