Read your Dashboard

Platform: ResiConnect · For: Executive Director, Activities

The Dashboard is your community's overview and the first page in ResiConnect.

Use the quick buttons

• Create Event, New Ride, Send Announcement and Invite User go straight to the task.
• Analytics opens the full charts.
• Generate Report jumps to monthly reports.

Read the page

1. Select any tile to open its detail, such as Active residents or Event feedback.
2. If a banner shows residents with zero event attendance, select View list.
3. Check the Resident NPS tile.
4. Review Recent events, Announcements, Top residents this month, Badges this month and Dining this month.

Create a monthly report

1. Scroll to Monthly Engagement Reports.
2. Choose the Month and Year.
3. Select Generate report.
4. Select PDF next to the report to download it.

Community administrators generate reports. Everyone else can read past ones.

Good to know

• The numbers update as activity comes in.
• Monthly tiles count from the start of the current month.
• Use the community picker to switch communities.

If something goes wrong

• If you see an error with Retry, select it.
• "Cannot generate a report for a future month." Pick a past or current month.
