Use the Executive Report

Platform: ResiConnect · For: Executive Director, Regional leader

The Executive Report gathers your key numbers for leadership. The page title reads Reporting & Intelligence.

1. Open Insights and select Executive Report.
2. Choose a range: Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last 12 months.
3. Read the Executive summary and KPI tiles, such as Event Attendance, Avg Satisfaction and Active Residents.
4. Review Trend for the last 6 months.

Use the tabs

• Engagement Health: community score, Engagement mix, What is driving engagement and the Re-engagement worklist.
• Community Pulse: Pulse trend and Question-level results.
• Participation: Top engaged residents, scored from attendance, bookings and feedback.

Select Open on a row to go to that resident.

Survey Insights

Further down, Survey Insights shows response rate, NPS, average satisfaction and flagged residents for the period. Select Export for Download CSV or Download PDF.

Export the report

Select Export at the top of the page to download the report data.

Good to know

• If your organization also uses Move-In, you see extra move-in and task sections.
• The summary is written from your numbers. Check them before you share.
• Results for few residents can swing a lot from period to period.
