Set up a recurring survey

Platform: ResiConnect · For: Executive Director, Regional leader, Activities

Recurring surveys open by themselves and feed your NPS and response rate on Resident Satisfaction.

1. Open Feedback and select Surveys.
2. On the Recurring surveys tab, select New recurring survey.
3. Under Survey, pick a template. Use Preview questions to read it.
4. Give it a Name.
5. Under How often, choose Monthly, Quarterly, Twice a year, Once a year or Custom, then tap the months.
6. Set Opens on day (1 to 28) and Days open (1 to 60).
7. Set a Reminder in days before it closes. Use 0 for none.
8. Under Start, choose Automatically on schedule or Manually (I'll press Start).
9. Turn on Email residents if you want email as well as the in-app notice.
10. Check the preview of the next rounds and select Save.

Run and watch a round

• Start now opens a round right away after you confirm.
• Close now ends a round early. Residents who haven't answered can't anymore, and results become final.
• Pause stops new rounds. A round already open stays open.
• See results so far or See results opens the numbers.
• Past rounds lists earlier rounds.

Good to know

• Residents living here get the survey when a round opens.
• Dates use your community's time zone.
• A round already open keeps its questions if you edit the template later.

If something goes wrong

• "The reminder has to come after the survey opens." Choose fewer reminder days than days open.
• "This wasn't saved." You may not have permission to manage surveys for this community.
