Understand Resident Satisfaction results
Platform: ResiConnect ยท For: Executive Director, Regional leader
Resident Satisfaction shows results from your recurring surveys.
Before you start
Set up a recurring survey first. The page stays empty until a round has results.
- Open Insights and select Resident Satisfaction.
- Read the top tiles, including Response rate and Open round.
- Review the NPS trend and Promoters, passives and detractors.
- Check domain scores and the response rate chart.
- Read comments, grouped by each resident's NPS answer. Names are never shown.
- In the rounds list, select a round to see its detail. Select Show latest to go back.
- Select Download CSV for that round.
If you oversee several communities
A Portfolio view appears at the top. Select a column header to sort. Select a row to open that community.
How to read NPS
NPS is the percent of promoters (9 to 10) minus the percent of detractors (0 to 6).
There is no published resident NPS benchmark for senior living. Compare with your own trend and your other communities.
Good to know
- Scores based on fewer than 20 answers are not shown.
- 20 to 49 answers are marked small sample.
- Open rounds refresh every hour.
- The page also shows 12-month turnover from recorded move-outs.
- CoreQ results appear when the survey includes the CoreQ questions.
