Accept a team invitation

Platform: ResiOnboarding · For: Executive Director, Department leads, Sales, Regional Directors

When someone invites you to their team, you get an email with a link. The invitation expires in 7 days.

1. Open the email and select the link.
2. Check the Community and Role shown on the page.
3. Enter your Full Name.
4. Choose a Password. It needs at least 12 characters, with letters and numbers.
5. Select Accept Invitation & Join.
6. Check the welcome page, then select Continue.
7. Add your phone, job title and department, then select Save and continue. Or select Skip for now.

You will land on your Dashboard.

Good to know

• Your email comes from the invitation and cannot be changed on this page.
• If the role or community looks wrong, contact the person who invited you.

If something goes wrong

• "You already have an account". Select Sign in. You will be added to the community automatically. If you forgot your password, select Forgot your password?
• "This invitation has expired". Ask the person who invited you for a new one.
• "This invitation link isn't valid". Ask your administrator to send a new invitation.
• "This invitation has already been used". Try signing in. Your access is already set up.
