Sign in as staff
Platform: ResiOnboarding ยท For: Executive Director, Department leads, Sales, Regional Directors, Owners
Staff sign in from the main sign-in page.
- Go to resionboarding.com, select Sign in, then choose Staff login.
- Enter your Email and Password.
- Select Sign In. Or select Continue with Google if that is how you use your account.
- If you turned on two-factor sign-in, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and select Continue.
You will land on your Dashboard.
Good to know
- Accounts are set up by invitation. If you do not have one, ask your administrator to invite you from the Team page.
- To see your password as you type, select the eye icon.
- To leave, choose Sign Out at the bottom of the menu. On a phone, tap More, then Sign out.
If something goes wrong
- Forgot your password? Select Forgot password? See "Reset your password".
- Residents and family use a different page. See "Sign in as a resident or family member".
- You see "Account Pending Approval". See "Fix access problems".
- You lost your phone. Email support@resionboarding.com to reset two-factor sign-in.
