Reset your password

Platform: ResiOnboarding · For: Executive Director, Department leads, Sales, Regional Directors, Owners, Residents, Families

If you cannot remember your password, you can set a new one by email.

Staff

1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?
2. Enter your Email.
3. Select Send Reset Link.

Residents and family

1. On the Resident Portal page, type your Email.
2. Select Forgot your password?

Then, for everyone

1. Open the email and select the link.
2. Enter your New Password. It needs at least 12 characters, with letters and numbers.
3. Enter it again in Confirm Password.
4. Select Update Password.

Good to know

• Older, shorter passwords still work until you change them. The longer rule applies to new passwords.
• If you are already signed in, you can change your password in Settings instead. See "Update your profile and password".

If something goes wrong

• No email? Check your spam or junk folder, then try again.
• "This reset link has expired or was already used." Ask for a new link. The page offers Resident sign-in and Staff sign-in buttons to take you back.
• "Passwords do not match". Type the same password in both boxes.
