Sign in as a resident or family member

The Resident Portal has its own sign-in page. You can reach it from the link in your invitation email.

If you received an invitation email

1. Open the email and select the link.
2. Check your name, email and community.
3. Choose a password. It needs at least 12 characters, with letters and numbers.
4. Type it again in Confirm Password.
5. Select Create Account.
6. Follow the short welcome steps, then select Enter My Portal.

Family members have a different invitation. See "Accept a family invitation".

If you have a code instead

1. On the Resident Portal page, select Sign Up.
2. Enter your Full Name and your Community or Invitation Code.
3. Enter your Email and a password. Use the email your community has on file.
4. Select Create Account.

Signing in after that

1. Enter your Email and Password.
2. Select Sign In. Or select Continue with Google.

Good to know

Your community staff can change your name if it is wrong. You can add a phone number during the welcome steps.

If something goes wrong

• Forgot your password? Type your email, then select Forgot your password? Check your email for a link.
• The invitation link will not open. Ask your community team for a new invitation.
• An account with this email already exists. Sign in instead.
